  • Earn accolades by learning key tactical skills like clear callouts (LADEE system) and backing up your team by staying close & communicating the right terms.

  • Each accolade has 4–5 simple requirements. Hit them repeatedly, and you earn it.

Ops Specialist builds on the Observer foundation, advancing tactical play through formations, positioning, and real-time coordination. Specialists turn teamwork into a strategic weapon with sharp callouts and adaptive tactics.

  • Earn 5 ranked accolades to become an Ops Specialist.

  • Key skills example: killzone vs. a diversion ambush, synchronize with teammates utilizing 2-3 advantages (Ambush Apprentice)

Ops Commander takes on a starting leadership role, guiding tactical teams with strategic precision. Building on the skills of Ops Specialist, they coordinate complex formations, make decisive callouts, and adapt strategies in real-time, learning to lead teams to victory.

  • Gain responsibility to help others earn accolades and improve.

  • Demonstrates leadership by coordinating team movements and communication in critical plays (Coordinated Com).

  • Understands the S.C.O.P.E.D protocol in full to dominate positioning and give enemies no escape
