Ops Observer (Free)

The entry-level rank for members beginning their journey into tactical gameplay. This rank focuses on learning basic formations, map awareness, and effective communication while observing and adapting to team dynamics. Earn XP and ranked accolades to progress. After all accolades, subscribe to continue.

  • Rank to "XP Observer" Level 5 by participating in Discord and earn ranked accolades. No sub needed to start

  • Ex. Learn LADEE system for effective callouts (Comms Initiate)

  • Ex. Learn effective terms to back up your team and when to use them (Comms Initiate)

  • Each accolade has 4-5 requirments to be earned

Ops Specialist (Membership)

Ops Specialist takes tactical gameplay to the next level by mastering advanced formations and strategic positioning. Building on the foundation of Ops Observer, they learn to seamlessly coordinate with teammates, making precise callouts and adapting tactics on the fly, turning teamwork into a powerful advantage.

  • TGH Discord subscription required. Rank to "XP Specialist" Level 10 by participating in Discord and earn ranked accolades

  • Ex. Knows when to use a killzone and when to use a diversion ambush (Ambush Apprentice)

  • Ex. Successfully synchronize with teammates utilizing 2-3 ambush advantages (Ambush Apprentice)

  • It takes 5-7 accolades to be promoted. Not all accolades are ranked.

Ops Commander

Ops Commander takes on a starting leadership role, guiding tactical teams with strategic precision. Building on the skills of Ops Specialist, they coordinate complex formations, make decisive callouts, and adapt strategies in real-time, learning to lead teams to victory.

  • Rank to "XP Commander" Level 15 by participating in Discord and earn ranked accolades.

  • Ex. Demonstrates leadership by coordinating team movements and communication in critical plays (Coordinated Com).

  • Ex. Understands the S.C.O.P.E.D protocol in full to dominate positioning and give enemies no escape (Scoped Strat)

Ops Captain

Ops Captain commands authority by leading two Ops Commander-led squads, uniting them under a cohesive strategy. They master multi-squad coordination and advanced tactics, while stepping into community leadership by influencing internal affairs and shaping team dynamics.

  • Rank to "XP Captain" Level 20 by participating in Discord and earn ranked accolades

  • Ex. Demonstrates mastery of tactical planning by anticipating enemy movements and countering them. (Strategic Mastermind)

  • Ex. Leads training sessions where teammates practice advanced tactics, with a focus on their long-term development. (Tactical Mentor)

Ops Sovereign Commander (SOV)

Sovereign Commander stands at the pinnacle of leadership, orchestrating XL teams and coordinating multiple leaders with strategic mastery. As the driving force behind the entire organization, they shape tactical doctrine, influence community direction, and lead with unparalleled tactical genius to dominate any battlefield.
